"Birds of a Feather"

Review from C&G Newspapers: Click Here

“Birds of a Feather” is a funny yet sentimental story of the Belanger family.  It features actors Henrietta  Hermalen, Lisa Betz, Aaron T. Moore and Chris Roady. The Play chronicles the lessons a grandmother needs to impart on her grandson before he can take the risks of moving forward and she can leave the nest. The family consists of Olivia (Henrietta  Hermalen), the feisty matriarch, Oliver (Chris Roady) her grandson, and his parents Dan (Aaron T. Moore) and Karen (Lisa Betz). Major events in his parent’s life, that span three decades, help Oliver see how their past impacts his future.

The show opens on Friday, May 12, with performances on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through June 4. Performances are at 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday and at 2:00pm on Sunday. Tickets for Friday and Saturday performances cost $15.  Tickets for Sunday are $15, $12 for Trinity House Members, seniors and students (with ID).  The production takes place at the Trinity House, which is located at 38840 W. Six Mile Rd. in Livonia, at the Northeast corner of I-275 and 6 mile. For tickets, call (313) 538-5739.
